Services / training

Welcome to training.

Podcast editing without the babysitting.

Audio, video, clips and the production around them. You record. We handle the edit — and you don’t have to manage it.

What we do

The process

The need
for speed.

No perfect brief required. Tell us what the episode is about and anything that must stay or go. The technical side is our job — if something’s unclear, we ask.

  1. 01 Record

You do your thing. Hit record.

  2. 02 Upload

Send the raw files and a rough brief. Branding, music and ad notes if you have them.

  3. 03 Edit

We cut, clean, shape and polish.

  4. 04 Review

You watch or listen. Tell us what to change.

  5. 05 Publish

You get the finished files. Hit publish.

The work behind the finish

What happens in the edit.

Standard editing covers everything above. Heavy restoration of badly damaged recordings, bespoke sound design and complex motion graphics are their own jobs. If your show needs them, we'll say so upfront and scope them separately — no surprises on the invoice.

01Audio
We cut the stumbles, false starts and dead air, and tighten the pacing — without sanding off your personality. Then the technical part: voices balanced against each other, EQ, compression and mastering on every episode, plus noise cleanup wherever the recording needs it. Your intro, outro, music and ad reads go in where agreed. You get: A finished audio episode, exported and ready to upload.
02Video
We sync every camera to the cleaned-up audio and, on multi-camera shows, cut between angles so the person talking is the person you see. Colour gets corrected so the cameras match. Titles and lower thirds go on top, styled with the branding you supply. You get: A finished video episode, exported for where it's going.
03Clips
Send timestamps, or let us find the moments worth sharing. Each clip opens on the hook, not the warm-up. We reframe it for vertical, caption it, and add your branding where agreed. Subtitle files for full episodes are available as an add-on.You get: Short clips, captioned and sized for the platforms you post on.
04Production
We set the workflow up once: what arrives when, what goes out when, and in which formats. Then we run it, episode after episode — the edit, the clips, the templates and the ready-to-publish files, in whatever combination you sign up for. You (or your team) hit publish. You get: A show that keeps moving without you chasing it.

How we work

One episode or ongoing.

No rate card, on purpose. A solo audio show and a three-camera video podcast aren’t the same job, so they don’t get the same price. Tell us what you’re making and we’ll scope the actual work.

  1. 01

    One-off

One episode, no strings. The simplest way to find out if we're a good fit.

  2. 02

    Weekly

For shows that publish on a schedule. One workflow, set up once, the same standard every episode.

  3. 03

    Full production

Editing, clips and ready-to-publish files — the combination your show needs, run as one workflow.

What shapes a quote

  • Audio, video or both
  • Recording length & number of speakers
  • How many cameras
  • How many clips
  • Restoration, sound design or graphics
  • One-off or recurring

Turnaround & revisions

No guesswork.

  • Delivery, agreed upfront.

There's no one-size turnaround. Before we start, we agree when you'll get the finished files, based on the length of the recording and what you need back. Recurring shows agree a schedule once and keep it.

  • What slows it down.

Late or missing files, very long or messy recordings, and a brief that changes mid-edit. If a date is at risk, you'll hear it from us early.

  • Feedback, kept simple.

Send your notes with timestamps — an email or a doc is fine. Specific beats polite.

  • Changes vs. new work.

Notes on the edit are part of the job: we make the changes and send the update. If the job itself changes — a new segment, extra clips, another format — we'll tell you what that means before we do it.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Can you work with my recording setup?

Almost certainly. Riverside, Zoom, a recorder on the table, a camera per host — send what you've got. If something in the setup is costing you quality, we'll tell you.

My recording has background noise. Can you fix it?

Send it. Most hum, hiss and room echo clean up well. Some damage can't be fully undone, and we'll be straight about what's possible before you commit.

Can I start with one episode and go weekly later?

Yes — that's the usual route. One episode first. If you like the result, we set up the recurring workflow.

Can you do the audio and the video?

Yes. One recording in; a finished audio episode and a finished video out, from the same edit.
